[December 11, 1946 - May 18, 2007] He was the greatest... Dad, Pops, Husband (Fishin' Buddy), Uncle, Cousin, Son, Brother, Nephew, and Friend. Tell us how he touched your life, because you know he did. Hopefully this website will ease the pain of missing him a little and make us smile by remembering what an amazing man we all love... and will see again one day. Please send photos, stories, and tributes to ryangie97@bellsouth.net

Your Dad and I had this joke going on between us long before your mother died. We would send the same card back and forth for years. I was 6 months older than your Dad, but would never admit it. When your Mom died, the card was lost but that didn't stop the cards from arriving at each others door. One time he sent a card that said I was a couople of years older. I think the message left on his answering machine went something like this. Bull Sh-- I will always be younger than you and don't you forget it! Rick said he had a lot of fun replaying that message. So Happy Birthday Rick and I am Younger! Love Rett
